Succulent lamb since 1856

Nestled between the Lake District and North Yorkshire borders, we are surrounded by natural beauty.

It’s a landscape of rolling fells and green pastures, where sheep graze freely on native grasses and wildflowers, enabling farmers to produce tender, delicate lamb with unique flavour profiles.

We predominately source from Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire.
