The British love affair with Poultry has long endured.
From chicken or turkey classically roast on the bone to portion favourites such as legs, breast or wings, we work with dedicated suppliers to guarantee a best in class eating experience.
Our British Poultry is sourced from a Red Tractor Farm Assurance Poultry Scheme members. One of our longest serving suppliers rears birds on dedicated poultry farms across Cumbria, North Yorkshire and the Scottish boarders.
The farms and birds are both inspected by hand to ensure the highest safety and quality standards. Our supplier is a well-established family farming business based in Cumbria, a family who have for generations taken pride in every aspect of the supply chain earning both BRC and Red Tractor approval.
